Dispatch & Delivery


All items are carefully checked before dispatch, well packed with bubble wrap and double boxed if necessary.
If the goods are damaged in-transit, please notify us immediately by email (please attach pictures).

Any damages must be reported within (5) days.

You will be given the option to have the product replaced at no charge to you or to have a full refund.


Goods that are not acceptable for any other reason may be returned within 14 days for a refund or replacement,

but in all cases you must contact us first for authorisation. Goods will be returned at your expense.

Please note, we will only accept returned goods in 'as new' condition.
